Lepta for yachts and charters
See which ads bring bookings, not just messages
We bring data on your ads, WhatsApp and Telegram chats, bookings and payments into one database. You'll know which boats earn, where leads get lost and where to move budget before the season.
Fixed-price pilotYour data stays with you
Where money leaks
Where a yacht charter company usually loses money
Messages, but no bookings in sight
A customer messages you on WhatsApp after an ad and books a week later, or by phone. In the ad report it looks like a message that never sold, so an ad that works is easy to switch off.
Lepta: links every booking and payment to the ad or creator that brought the customer.
You can't see which boat makes money
Revenue is visible, but nobody puts fuel, marina fees, crew and repairs together per boat. You can't tell which boat carries the company and which runs at a loss.
Lepta: shows utilization and profit for every boat: revenue minus fuel, marina, crew and repairs.
Guests drift to captains
Chats with guests live on the personal phones of managers and captains. The next booking can go straight to them, past the company.
Lepta: keeps every chat in the company's database, so the guest stays your customer, not an employee's.
Leads wait, upsells get forgotten
At night and on weekends messages wait for hours, and the customer books with whoever answers first. Food, a photographer and decor get offered only now and then.
Lepta: routes leads, tracks response time and prompts managers on what to offer.
Where we start
Pilot: ads and profit per boat
No brief needed. After the free audit we offer a two-week pilot on your data. For a yacht charter company we'd start here and agree the exact scope after the audit.
- Which ads bring bookingsHow many bookings and how much money each campaign and creator brought in, not just how many messages.
- Utilization and profit per boatHow many days each boat spent at sea and what it earned after fuel, marina, crew and repairs.
- Ads vs. open datesWhere budget goes to days when every boat is already booked, and which dates are worth promoting.
After the pilot you can add: ads that follow your availability, an app for captains and crew, reports for owners of the boats you manage.
How the pilot works
We show it on your data, not on slides
- Message usWe show a 15-minute demo
- Express auditFree: where money leaks. Results in 3–5 days
- 2-week pilotOn your data. Continue only if it pays off
What you get from the audit
- Where money leaks: ads, leads, operations, finance
- Roughly how much you lose, as a range in dirhams or dollars
- What to fix first and where a pilot should start
- A short report, 1–2 pages
- A 30-minute walkthrough call
How we keep your risk low
- The audit is free and read-only
- We look at bank data only under NDA
- The pilot has a fixed timeline, price and success criteria agreed upfront
- If your team uses its CRM, we connect to it instead of replacing it
- Your data and infrastructure stay with you
Built around how you work
What we build after the audit
Only what the audit found. A separate installation for each client, and your data stays with you.
From click to cash
See which ads and creators bring bookings and payments. Leads are routed between managers, response time is tracked, and Ask Lepta suggests what to reply and what to offer.
How WhatsApp attribution works →Operations and apps
Boat and crew calendar, bookings, deposits, contracts from templates, cash desk. An app for captains: trip checklist, fuel, engine hours, photos before and after.
Finance
Banks across countries and crypto in one view. Income and costs for every boat.
Banks and crypto in one view →Analyst on subscription
Every month we review utilization, prices by day and hour, and ad payback, and suggest what to change next month.

Good to know before the audit
We already have a CRM. Do we have to replace it?
If your team uses it, no: we connect to it and link leads to payments. If bookings live in WhatsApp and Excel, we build a system around how you work.
We also sell other owners' boats. Does this work for us?
Yes. The audit covers your own boats and partner boats: how bookings, open dates and commissions are handled. If that's where most money leaks, the pilot starts there.
How long does it take?
The audit takes 3–5 days and the pilot 2 weeks. Before the season it's best to start about a month ahead, so the pilot wraps up as the season begins.
