Lepta for real estate agencies
Leads stay with the agency, not on a broker's phone
We bring your portal and ad data, brokers' WhatsApp chats, deals and commissions into one agency database. You'll know which listings bring deals, where brokers lose clients and which commissions haven't arrived yet.

Where money leaks
Where a real estate agency usually loses money
A broker leaves, the clients go too
Client chats and contacts live on the broker's personal WhatsApp. When the broker leaves, the client base and deal history leave too.
Lepta: keeps every lead and chat in the agency's database, so the client stays yours, not the broker's.
You pay portals but can't see what brings deals
Portal credits and paid boosts eat the budget. There are plenty of calls, but nobody tracks which listings and areas lead to deals.
Lepta: links every deal to the listing and channel the client came from.
Developer commissions take months
On off-plan deals the commission arrives months later. There's no single list of who owes what, so a payment is easy to miss.
Lepta: keeps a register of expected commissions with due dates and flags overdue ones.
Disputes over splits and bonuses
Whose client it is, who gets what share, how big the bonus is: it's all worked out by hand in spreadsheets, which leads to mistakes and disputes.
Lepta: calculates broker and partner shares from paid deals and shows who brought and closed what.
Where we start
Pilot: commissions and portals
No brief needed. After the free audit we offer a two-week pilot on your data. For an agency we'd start here and agree the exact scope after the audit.
- Commission registerEvery expected developer commission with due dates and overdue amounts.
- Portals vs. dealsWhich listings, areas and paid boosts bring deals, not just calls.
- Leads and brokersLeads from portals and ads land in the agency's database. You see how many each broker got and how many reached a viewing and a deal.
After the pilot you can add: broker chats saved in the agency's database, lead scoring from first messages, voice note transcripts, bringing back past buyers with their consent.
How the pilot works
We show it on your data, not on slides
- Message usWe show a 15-minute demo
- Express auditFree: where money leaks. Results in 3–5 days
- 2-week pilotOn your data. Continue only if it pays off
What you get from the audit
- Where money leaks: ads, leads, operations, finance
- Roughly how much you lose, as a range in dirhams or dollars
- What to fix first and where a pilot should start
- A short report, 1–2 pages
- A 30-minute walkthrough call
How we keep your risk low
- The audit is free and read-only
- We look at bank data only under NDA
- The pilot has a fixed timeline, price and success criteria agreed upfront
- If your team uses its CRM, we connect to it instead of replacing it
- Your data and infrastructure stay with you
Built around how you work
What we build after the audit
Only what the audit found. A separate installation for each client, and your data stays with you.

Good to know before the audit
Will brokers push back?
We build around how they already work: they keep WhatsApp, and the chats are saved in the agency's database. We measure success by the share of leads brokers handle in the system.
We do both off-plan and secondary. Does it fit?
Yes. For off-plan the developer commission register matters most; for secondary and rentals it's portals and renewals. The audit shows where the bigger losses are.
How many brokers do we need for this to make sense?
We build for agencies with 10 to 50 brokers. If you're smaller, the audit will show whether it makes sense, and if it's too early, we'll say so.
