Apps for your team and your customers, under your brand
An app is useful when it is connected to the rest of the business. We build iOS and Android apps on top of your system, so every task, booking and payment in the app is the same one your office sees.
What the apps do
One app for the team, one for customers
Both work with the same data as your office, so nothing is copied by hand.
Tasks and schedules for staff
Each person sees the day's tasks, takes them and marks them done. The app keeps working without a connection and syncs later.
Payments on the spot
Staff confirm cash and card payments where they happen, with a photo when needed. The office sees it at once.
Ask Lepta and notifications
Managers ask about the numbers in plain words and get push notifications about new leads, tasks and payments.
Booking and payment for customers
Customers book, pay and follow the order status without writing to a manager.
Repeat purchases
Offers reach past customers who agreed to get them, and you see which offers brought them back.
App Store and Google Play
We publish the apps under your brand and in your company account, and take care of store review.
How we build them
Real apps from one code base
One code base for web, iOS and Android
The apps share code with your web system, so a new feature reaches every platform at once and costs less to build.
Push notifications and offline mode
Notifications on iOS and Android about new tasks, leads and payments. Field staff keep working where the connection drops.
Public or internal
A customer app goes public in the stores. A staff app can be hidden: it doesn't show up in search and installs from a direct link.
Questions
Questions about app development
Do we need a CRM first?
No, but an app is most useful when it is connected to one. We can build both: the system and the app on top of it.
Native or cross-platform?
One code base ships to iOS and Android as real store apps with push notifications and offline mode. This is faster and cheaper. If a feature needs native code, we write it separately.
Can the app be for staff only?
Yes. In the App Store, a staff app can be hidden from search: it installs only from a direct link.
Whose account is the app published under?
Yours. The apps live in your company accounts in the App Store and Google Play and stay with you.
