leptaSales
See which ad brought each WhatsApp sale
Customers click an ad, message a manager on WhatsApp or Telegram and pay days later. Lepta follows that path to the payment, so you see revenue and ROMI by campaign, ad and creator, not just clicks.
What you get
Ad platforms see the click, your bank sees the payment. Lepta sees both
The conversation in between happens in WhatsApp, where UTM tags are lost. Lepta links the ad, the chat, the deal and the payment, so every report ends in money.
Revenue by campaign, ad and creator
Spend, leads, deals, revenue, cost per deal, ROAS and ROMI at every level: campaign, ad set and ad. Campaigns that spent money and brought no leads show up too.
Creators with their own links
Each creator gets a personal link. Barter deals count as spend, so you see each creator's real payback, not just the clicks in their stats.
Payback with repeat purchases
A customer brought by a channel keeps buying. Lepta shows ROMI on the first deal and over all time, so you see which channels bring loyal customers.
Payments sent back to Google and Meta
Paid deals go back to the ad platforms as conversions, so their algorithms look for customers who pay, not people who click.
Lead routing and response time
Every new chat gets an owner. You see how fast each manager replies and which leads are still waiting, including at night and on weekends.
Managers keep their phones
No new inbox. Managers reply from WhatsApp on their phones as they do now, and Lepta reads the chats through the official API.
How it works
How a chat gets its source
A code in the first message
When a visitor clicks the WhatsApp or Telegram button on your site, Lepta adds a short code to the pre-filled message. The code carries the campaign, the ad and the creator.
Click-to-WhatsApp ads tag themselves
When a chat starts from a Meta ad that opens WhatsApp, the message carries the ad ID. Lepta looks up the ad set and the campaign in your ad account.
A model fills the gaps
If the customer deleted the code or wrote without the link, a model estimates which ad they came from by the timing of the visit and the first message.
The chat turns into a deal and a payment
Lepta follows the conversation to the booking and the payment. Spend comes from your ad accounts with read-only access, so ROMI is counted from money, not from leads.
Make a separate WhatsApp link with a source tag for each placement: Instagram bio, an ad, a creator, a flyer.
Questions
Questions about WhatsApp attribution
Can you track leads from Meta ads that open WhatsApp directly?
Yes. A Click-to-WhatsApp ad passes its ID inside the first message, so the chat is linked to the ad, the ad set and the campaign without a website. The site script is needed only for traffic that lands on your site first.
How is this different from Google Analytics?
Google Analytics stops at the click on the WhatsApp button. Lepta continues through the chat, the deal and the payment, and also counts repeat purchases of the same customer.
Which channels can you attribute?
Meta and Google ads, creators, Instagram and YouTube profiles, Telegram channels, partner sites, organic search and AI assistants. Any placement that can carry a link or a code.
Is it allowed by WhatsApp?
Yes. Lepta works through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and only reads messages. Broadcasts to past customers go out only with their consent and with templates approved by Meta.
What if customers write to managers' own numbers?
That is the usual case. Each manager's WhatsApp Business number is connected through the official API, and the customer stays with the manager who got the first message.
