Who we are
The lepta.ai website belongs to LEPTA FZE LLC, Ajman Free Zone, UAE (“Lepta”, “we”).
What data we receive
Your name, phone number, username and message text when you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram. Anonymised website statistics: which pages were opened, what was clicked, how long a page was viewed and how far it was scrolled, where the visit came from, country and city, device type and browser. If you order an audit or a pilot, we get read-only access to your business data, only to the extent agreed with you. The number and text you enter in the WhatsApp link generator stay in your browser and do not reach us.
Why
To reply to you, run an audit or a pilot, perform our contract and improve the website. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for advertising.
Where we store it and for how long
We keep chats while we work with you and for up to 2 years after the work ends. Business data from an audit or a pilot stays in your infrastructure. If we need copies for the work, we delete them when the project ends or when you ask. We look at bank data only after signing an NDA.
Services
The website runs on Cloudflare, and the visit statistics are stored there too. The statistics tell visitors apart by a random number kept in your browser (localStorage); the same storage remembers your language choice. The website sets no cookies, and the statistics store no IP addresses, names or phone numbers. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Chats go through WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram under their own rules.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to messages. We apply UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
