Read the tag in the first message
When a chat starts, the tag shows where the customer came from. Search for the tag in WhatsApp to find every chat from that placement.
Customers can delete the tag, and a tag doesn't tell you who paid. Lepta reads chats through the official API, fills the gaps with a timing model and follows each chat to the payment.

How do I make a WhatsApp link by hand?
Write wa.me/ and the number in international format without the plus sign, spaces or dashes, for example wa.me/971501234567. To add a message, append ?text= and the URL-encoded text. The generator does both for you.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes. The link opens a chat with any WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number, on a phone or a computer.
Why add a tag to the message?
WhatsApp doesn't pass UTM tags, so without a tag every chat looks the same. A tag in the first message keeps the source inside the conversation.
Do you store the number or the message?
No. The link and the QR code are made in your browser, and nothing you type is sent to us.
